General hotel policies

  • Check-out time is 12 noon. Check-in time is at 2 p.m.
  • All guests must be registered at the front desk.
  • Only guests registered at the front desk at the time of check-in are allowed access to the rooms.
  • Visitors are only allowed in the common areas and until 9pm.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person and ask for respectful behavior and good manners.
  • Costa Rican law prohibits smoking inside the rooms and all hotel facilities.
  • Any damage caused by guests to hotel property will be paid for by the guest.

HOTEL DEPOSIT

  • At the time of check-in we request a credit card as a guarantee of payment for extras or damages to the room.
  • If not used, the security deposit will be released within 24 hours after check-out by the hotel's bank. Any delay in the return of funds or availability is the responsibility of the credit card issuing bank.
  • Debit cards are not accepted to manage the security deposit.

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Reservations with non-refundable conditions are final. No cancellation or modification is allowed.
  • For other reservations with flexible conditions, cancellations before 72 hours 100% refund in favor of the client. Cancellations less than 72 hours will be billed 100% of the reservation value.
  • Reservations must be modified or cancelled in writing via e-mail to info@bungalowsbatsu.com.
  • No cash refunds will be made.
  • Modifications or cancellations of transportation services must be received in writing 24 hours before the service.

DAY PASS POLICIES

  • Food and beverages are not allowed in the hotel.

PETS

  • Pets of 10kg or less are allowed.
  • There will be an additional cleaning charge per room per night, per pet.
  • Pets must be accompanied at all times, both in common areas and inside the room.
  • Pets are allowed in gardens, pool area and terrace area. Pets must be on a leash while outside the room.
